The Senior Assistant Director serves as a contributing member to the Enrollment Management team responsible for recruiting, advising, and enrolling prospective students to the College and contributing to the overall success of the Enrollment Management team. The Senior Assistant Director is responsible for managing a robust portfolio; serving as an integral member of a 13-person admission committee; managing the recruitment of a geographic region of the world in which their primary responsibility is critically assessing applications, making critical and thoughtful admission decisions, and applying strategic thought to create an impactful and inclusive campus community. The Senior Assistant Director is specifically responsible for travel and virtual engagements on behalf of the College;
