General Statement of Duties
Responsible for the daily maintenance check of Salesforce and Banner environment. Field general systems usage questions from employee end-users in Banner, Salesforce/TargetX CRM and Retention Software; Review discrepancy reports and fix errors in data, escalating to Enrollment Data Manager when appropriate; Assist with the compilation and execution of reports necessary for staff including but not limited to program review lists, enrollment by major, and other contact outreach. Review reports used in letter generation and set up new jobs, templates and reports as necessary. Build and update dashboards in Salesforce to show enrollment and application status for current and upcoming terms.
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation, report generation, and all data entry requiring use of computer hardware and software.
Assist in detection and cleanup of duplicate records in the SIS. Data Q/A on information being passed from the Salesforce environment to Banner. Review CRM community site posts for trends in product usage and any emergent errors in the software or cloud.
Assess business processes with regard to student-facing and staff-facing interface and suggest/implement improvements that add value for the user experience.
Review error logs in CRM and all integration processes to make sure information flows correctly between systems.
Read product patch notes and new feature releases to suggest implementation of new features that can add value to student and staff experience.
Serve as liaison between end-users and Data Enrollment Manager.
Be vigilant for creation of suspicious and/or fraudulent student accounts and take appropriate action when suspected.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Education, Counseling, Psychology, or closely related field;
Two (2) years experience and/or training that includes marketing, public relations, college admissions, credit evaluation, and academic counseling/advisement; or
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in admissions data management, administration, business administration or management;
Extensive computer knowledge and experience;
Experience with TargetX, Salesforce;
Experience and/or an ability to learn Microsoft Office and Banner Administrative (or similar) Systems;
Budget, word processing, office management/software training skills specific to CRM/Retention software;
Ability to supervise and work with to facilitate trainings for students, faculty, staff and administrators;
Possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, a high energy level, and maturity;
Willingness to have a flexible work schedule during peak registration periods;
Minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience with TargetX, Salesforce or similar higher education recruitment/retention software/CRM;
Experience with enrollment analytics and predictive analysis in higher education admissions;
Bilingual;
Knowledge of student lifecycle reporting metrics from inquiry through graduation.
