Job SummaryThe Director for Diversity and Outreach Initiatives, reporting to the Assistant Vice President and Director of Admission, leads the Office of Admission’s strategic efforts to conceptualize, develop, expand and diversify various enrollment pipelines through innovative partnerships and programs to selectively increase enrollment of diverse students tightly aligned with the University’s mission, including proactive oversight and expansion of agreements with high schools, high school districts, and community-based organizations. The Director serves as a senior member of the Admission Leadership Team and on the Extended Leadership Team for the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMSS). This position is approved for remote work on a
