Position Summary: The Senior Associate/Associate Director of Transfer Admission will build and manage Willamette’s growing transfer program to meet enrollment and revenue goals. The crux of this program will be the establishment of agreements with community colleges that will build predictable transfer pipelines.The Sr. Associate/Associate Director of Transfer Admission serves as the primary coordinator of the CAS undergraduate transfer process. This role will serve as a member of both the Lead and Recruitment Teams and will have responsibility for complete transfer territory development and management.
