Assistant Director, Communication Technology
This position will serve as a lead communication technology user of Slate, and work to continually optimize the use of the CRM and any other communication technology tools at the University or via strategic partners.  This position will also be responsible for ongoing testing, quality assurance, list development, reporting, training, population management, troubleshooting and support for Slate Deliver and serve as a backup for Banner Communication Manager; also provide support and on-boarding for other campus Slate CRM users. A goal of this position is to expand the use of these tools to their fullest potential. Administrative work requiring initiative and independent judgement. Maintenance of confidential information while ensuring the efficient operation of the office of Enroll
