The Director of Campus Engagement and Events at Alma College provides the Enrollment Management team through direct supervision of customer service and engagement activities designed to convert students through each stage of the enrollment funnel (first-year, transfer, graduate, and international students). Engagement should be inclusive of recruitment visits, events (on and off-campus), reception/arrival process, auditions, and other organized activities to promote Alma to students, parents, partners, or influencers on the student decisions to attend (e.g., athletics, student affairs, orientation, performing arts, vendors, high school guidance counselors, etc.) to ensure robust and meaningful funnel outcomes.
