The Associate Dean of Admissions is part of the senior management team and is charged with overseeing the implementation of the communications and marketing vision and strategy in the Office of Admissions. The Associate Dean serves as the main liaison to the Pomona College Office of Communications and collaborates with staff, student employees, and campus partners to develop a multi-layered (print, email, social media, video) communications plan for multiple audiences. The Associate Dean will lead conversations about strategic marketing and communication in the Office of Admissions in consultation with the Assistant Vice President and the Vice President.
