The full salary range for Pay Grade 14 is $36,279 to $54,312. The targeted salary range for this position is $36,279 to $45,296. Salary offer will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s education, qualifications and experience.

OHIO Online is expanding its talented Online Programs Enrollment team!
Reporting to the Director, OHIO Online Graduate Enrollment, the enrollment advisor represents Ohio University and OHIO Online to prospective online graduate students. The enrollment advisor coordinates and contributes to the success of initiatives designed to identify, attract, and enroll students in Ohio University’s graduate online programs. This role will communicate with prospective students and applicants using a high level of personalization and customer service to offer support throughout the admission process.
Duties include:
The Enrollment Advisor, OHIO Online Graduate Programs will guide prospective OHIO Online graduate students through their decision to apply to OHIO and the application process for their selected program. The Enrollment Advisor will follow-up on inquiries to engage prospective students in discussion about their goals, interests, and eligibility for online graduate programs. The Enrollment Advisor will build and manage active pipelines of leads, communicate with prospective students via call campaigns, emails and other forms of communication and utilize database tools to efficiently track each interaction and the progress of all assigned leads. Listens, probes, recognizes and considers prospective students’ needs to support them in determining which OHIO program is the best fit. Builds deep knowledge of OHIO’s online graduate programs and effectively communicates program attributes and benefits to prospective students. Communicates OHIO’s values, benefits and differentiating features to prospective students. Executes a recruitment plan designed to encourage, support, and guide prospective students through the application process. Follows SOP to ensure a “high-touch” level of service. Maintains consistent contact with current and prospective students, providing the highest level of customer service to all stakeholders. Meets efficiency metrics and achieves enrollment targets assigned per program. Keeps track of relevant data and updates CRM to reflect most accurate information for each prospective student.
Assists in strategic development for lead management and communication and admissions processes to achieve program, unit, and university goals. Utilizes internal data and metrics to assist in reevaluation of best practices and continuous improvement. Monitors progress toward recruitment, admission, or yield targets for assigned academic programs or populations, and proposes action or adjustments as needed. Continuously looks for opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and creates better methods of engaging with prospective students. Effectively communicates quality of leads and program updates for appropriate cross-functional and internal team members. Listens for and shares feedback from prospective students regarding OHIO’s program offering and processes in context of the competitive online graduate programs market.
