EDUCATION

Required:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

No previous experience.

Required:

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively represent Trinity in a positive manner to both internal and external audiences.
• Ability to quickly learn the university, as well as admissions and financial aid procedures and policies, and accurately present information to prospective students, parents, and high school counselors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to persuasively communicate the value of Trinity's education to various constituencies.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently to meet job requirements, as well as working collaboratively with others to meet enrollment goals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create and develop programs promoting Trinity to various constituencies.
• Strong critical reasoning and analytical skills, particularly as it pertains to territory management, application review, and overseeing assigned projects.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to learn Slate and Colleague.
• Ability to lift file boxes and literature cases with supplies.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate the value of a liberal arts experience.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Required:

• Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and have a good driving history.
• May not have more than two moving violations in a three-year period.
