Title: Client Relations Manager
Unit: Full Time Non Unit
Reports To: Associate Dean of Admissions
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for creating and executing customer relationship management campaigns, that aim to increase client enrollment and retention at the college.
Managing the process of CRM software implementation and training
Collecting and analyzing customer data
Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
Developing new ways to meet customers' needs
Train key team members to use CRM software.
Guide the interactions between customers and key team members, such as admissions counselors who rely on the CRM software to recruit clients.
Creating and executing retention campaigns
Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
Collaborating with marketing and operations teams like Advising, Registrar, and Institutional Research to improve the customer experience.
Oversee consumer data management and build strategies for profiling and manipulation
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience working with clients/sales and CRM software
Experience working with a CRM software is valued
High attention to detail
Ability to work in cross-functional settings
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
