Title: Client Relations Manager

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
General:
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for creating and executing customer relationship management campaigns, that aim to increase client enrollment and retention at the college.
- Managing the process of CRM software implementation and training
- Collecting and analyzing customer data
- Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
- Developing new ways to meet customers' needs
- Train key team members to use CRM software.
- Guide the interactions between customers and key team members, such as admissions counselors who rely on the CRM software to recruit clients.
- Creating and executing retention campaigns
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Collaborating with marketing and operations teams like Advising, Registrar, and Institutional Research to improve the customer experience.
- Oversee consumer data management and build strategies for profiling and manipulation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience working with clients/sales and CRM software
- Experience working with a CRM software is valued
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in cross-functional settings
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
