Under general direction, supervises the activities of professional recruitment staff members, develops and directs the implementation of all U.S. degree-seeking student recruitment and admissions strategiesÂ Â - identifying, recruiting, admitting, and enrolling academically qualified students.Â Liaises with the St. Louis campus Office of Admission and participates in relevant St. Louis Office of Admission meetings.Â

Manages the activities of all U.S. degree-seeking recruitment and provides direction to admission counselors, which includes ongoing staff training; monitors staff recruitment activities; coordinates auxiliary projects relative to recruitment process.
In conjunction with the Director of Admissions, develops, directs, and participates in the implementation of all recruitment strategies, new student markets, and undergraduate marketing plans.
Manages a recruitment territory, including the development of recruitment strategies, regional and local travel, communication with college counselors, application review, interviews, and in-person and virtual follow-up to students and their families concerning admission and financial aid matters.Â â‹
Liaises with the St. Louis campus with all things related to student recruitment and admissions as well as other activities as needed.Â
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned related to SLU-Madrid.

Bachelors degree; supplemented with three (3) years of related experience. Spanish language skills and supervisory skills are preferred though not necessary. Study abroad or experience living in Spain or Europe a plus.
