The successful candidate will be a point of contact for future and prospective first-year and transfer students and their families and serve as a liaison with key partners such as VT Undergraduate Admissions, the four schools within the college (Architecture, Design, Performing Arts, and Visual Arts), high schools, and community colleges, and more.
The director will be responsible for coordinating communication with future students and families regarding the admissions process, leading weekly information sessions and meeting with prospective students and families to educate them about the college’s academic programs, and coordinating events and efforts with undergraduate admissions and school faculty to achieve a high yield of students offered admission to the college.
