The Ohio State University invites applications for the Director of Outreach and Recruitment in the Undergraduate Admissions. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost of University Admissions, the Director of Outreach and Recruitment leads a team of 31 full-time staff members, as well as seasonal and student employees, in all aspects of recruitment of new first-year, transfer, and international students on the Columbus campus. The director will develop and manage recruitment strategy plans and direct and engage a talented outreach and recruitment team. The director will champion technology solutions for the area and be actively engaged in systems best practices and decisions.
The target hiring salary is $99,000 - $133,000.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in undergraduate admissions, financial aid or enrollment management required. Extensive experience and success in a managerial and/or supervisory capacity; demonstrated excellent writing and communication skills; demonstrated ability to work in a flexible and diverse organization; excellent program planning and implementation skills; knowledge of current best practices in recruitment and enrollment management; experience with current recruitment technologies; demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion; excellent public speaking, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, skilled in data interpretation, compilation and report presentation; knowledge of critical issues in higher education access and recruitment.
