Recruits incoming first-year and transfer students with an emphasis on building relationships and providing exemplary customer service from inquiry to matriculation.   Duties include, but are not limited to: Effectively recruits undergraduate students within in and out-of-state territories. Ensures recruitment and enrollment goals are met or exceeded. Monitors reports and develops timely strategies to move prospective students through the enrollment funnel. Manages an assigned geographical territory. Identifies new opportunities and develops strategies to increase enrollment. Analyzes data and statistics to identify trends and patterns that affect recruitment. Measures effectiveness of recruitment tactics. Promotes the University via high sch
