Reporting to the Director of Academic and Diversity Strategies (ADS), the associate director provides leadership to the student access strategies in Undergraduate Admissions. Manages collaborative efforts to increase applications and enrollment of academically talented diverse first-year students. Works directly with the Director of Academic and Diversity Strategies (ADS) and the ADS leadership team to accomplish strategic goals and priorities. Leads the development and implementation of programs and communications to promote access to Ohio State for prospective students. Leads the development and implementation of on-campus and off-campus programming and events and cultivates relationships to facilitate the development of enrollment pipelines for students to The Ohio State University.
