The Wharton Global Youth Program is seeking an Admissions and Enrollment Manager to oversee the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students, including the enrollment of a more diverse and inclusive student body. The Admissions and Enrollment Manager will develop, communicate, and oversee processes and goals associated with CRM and application development and implementation, and will manage the admissions funnel, data workflow, and end user experience.
