The Associate Director of Recruitment is responsible for developing and executing communications and recruitment plans targeted at meeting the enrollment goals for the College, in accordance with the Admissions Office and overall College strategic planning processes. The Associate Director is responsible for direct supervision and leadership of a team of Regional Admissions Recruiters who are focused on recruiting prospective students and supporting them through acceptance. This person will also assist the Director with strategic planning initiatives, admissions reporting, and the overall development and execution of admission services for prospective students and supporters.
