As a member of the University’s undergraduate admissions and financial aid division, the Assistant/Associate Director is an integral team member charged with meeting the University’s annual enrollment goals. Reporting to a Senior Associate Dean, the Assistant/Associate Director leads and executes international recruitment, admission, and yield initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include managing a domestic recruitment territory, travel, application evaluation and prospective student, parent and high school engagement. While the primary functions of the role require a visible campus presence, the Assistant/Associate will be afforded the independence and flexibility to successfully execute their duties in keeping current office practices. Washington and Lee University
