The College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University is conducting a national search for a Director of Recruiting (Admission and Recruitment Leader).   The College of Arts + Sciences Recruiting Office collaborates with the College of Arts and Science's Executive Dean, senior College leadership, faculty and staff, and current students and alumni, as well as a wide array of other campus partners, to develop and implement strategies for attracting students to the College's programs of study. The College's paramount goal is to recruit students from a variety of diverse backgrounds who are academically outstanding. The College of Arts and Sciences is the largest academic unit at Indiana University Bloomington. It is composed of 40+ departments, 50+ Centers, Programs, and Inst
