General Description: Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Operations, the Assistant Director of Applications and Processing will manage the evaluation of all first year, transfer, and non-degree applications within the Undergraduate Admission department. The Assistant Director will be responsible for onboarding and training all new staff and seasonal application readers on the admission evaluation process and allocate application batches for initial review. The Assistant Director will be responsible for evaluating non-degree, special program and scholarship applications, will serve on the Admissions Committee to conduct final application reviews, and will support the processing team as necessary.The Assistant Director:
