Wesleyan College is seeking to add to our growing Recruitment department with the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Recruitment & Regional Recruiter Roles! The Assistant Director of Undergraduate Recruitment, under the supervision of the Director of Recruitment, will oversee internal recruitment efforts and, as needed, external recruitment responsibilities. The Assistant Director will oversee three recruiters working in territories across the state of Georgia, ensure campus tours effectively portray the College in a good light and act as the primary liaison, coordinate between the Office of Admissions and other departments on campus, and aid in developing strategic admissions strategies.
