Brief Description of Duties: The associate director will work with senior leaders to enhance and grow our campus visit and experience programs, both on and off campus as well as virtually. This position will work on expanding recruitment and outreach across markets through events and programs designed in consultation with campus partners. The associate director maintains close relationships with faculty and staff across campus and external educational partners and helps to generate new programs. The associate director will provide day to day oversight of professional staff members including coaching and evaluation while also managing program budgets.
