Primary responsibilities include: managing student employees, correspondence related to transfer admission inquiries in all forms of communication (i.e. email, telephone, chat, etc.), monitoring the effectiveness of transfer events through regular data analysis, creating new (and enhancing existing) metrics for the purpose of re-evaluating Transfer Recruitment and Admission workflow processes, and collaborating with the transfer counseling team to provide superior customer service
