Career and Professional Development (CPD) Specialist - Health Professions
Reporting to the Associate Director of Internships and Social Impact Professions, and ultimately to the Associate Vice Provost for Career and Professional Development, the Career Specialist works individually and in groups with all LMU students and in particular students from the Seaver College of Science and Engineering to support their career development; pursuit of internships, employment, and experiential learning opportunities in healthcare; graduate school preparedness; and successful launch into post-graduate professional life. The Specialist is a content expert in the career and professional development needs and outcomes of students interested in health-related careers and serves as the primary coordinator for customized services, programs, and resources.
