Primary Function:  Responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and assessment of recruitment efforts in an assigned territory.  Participate in all on and off-campus recruitment events.  Auxiliary responsibilities will also be assigned based on the candidate’s strengths and the needs of the office. Administrative Responsibilities: Plan and execution of travel and office-wide recruitment efforts to assigned geographic territories. Expected timeframe for travel is up to 6-8 weeks in the fall and 2-3 weeks in the spring. Represent Hanover College at high schools and college fairs.
