Under the direction of the Associate Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director is responsible for the successful execution of the campus visit program and effective training of a group of 100+ student employees who provide campus tours and general guest services. Ensures successful operations of the campus visit program and visitors center with regards to staffing needs, programming, facilities, and hospitality. Supports the admissions strategic plan and university enrollment goals and objectives through the recruitment, review, and yield of prospective first-year and transfer students. Participates in recruitment events both on and off campus in which occasional overnight travel may be required; and evaluates undergraduate admission applications follow
