Job Description Reporting to the Executive Director of Learner Services, the Director of Online Recruitment provides leadership, direction, and strategic expertise for all online recruitment initiatives within Digital Learning. This includes leading our online recruitment team, which is charged with optimizing the online student experience from lead to confirmation while meeting recruitment, admission and yield objectives. The director serves as a member of the Learner Services leadership team providing expertise, advocacy and counsel on matters impacting online recruitment and enrollment services. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing complex projects, leading the recruitment team, and ensuring the overall delivery of services. T
