Anticipated Hiring Salary Range = $140,000 -$170,000


BASIC FUNCTION:

The Executive Director of Undergraduate Admission provides strategic leadership and vision for the university's undergraduate recruitment, outreach, and admissions efforts. As a key member of the enrollment management team, the Executive Director is responsible for developing and implementing innovative, data-driven strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll a diverse and talented student body. This individual will lead a team of admission professionals, foster partnerships across campus, manage office budget, and ensure alignment with the university's mission and enrollment goals.
