The Director of Recruitment and Outreach plays a critical role in advancing the college’s enrollment goals by developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives. This member of the admissions team is responsible for daily management of key initiatives including but not limited to territory management, travel planning, off-campus representation, and initiatives to enroll students nationwide. This position manages and supervises a team of admission professionals whose primary responsibilities involve the recruitment and admission of new students.
