Job Summary: This position participates in all phases of the student recruitment process. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions, the candidate will manage a recruitment territory and implement programmatic initiatives that correspond to the strategic plan (i.e., campus visits, black male recruitment, alumni programming, social media, etc.) The candidate will be provided a recruitment objective, and with mentoring/guidance by the Sr. Associate Director of Admissions, devise a strategic plan to implement it.
