POSITION SUMMARY:The Executive Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the operational and administrative functions of the Division of Enrollment Management and its leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Division Operations, the position provides executive-level administrative support, manages the daily operations of the division’s executive office, and facilitates effective communication and coordination across internal and external partners and stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills; a high degree of discretion and professionalism; and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities with accuracy, diplomac
