Job DescriptionUnder general administrative oversight, the Associate Dean of Enrollment Management will lead all aspects of student recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts with a data-driven focus on student success and institutional growth. The position works collaboratively with the president, college leadership, faculty, staff and students and leads the enrollment management team to ensure the college meets and exceeds enrollment goals, increases the size of the student body to achieve Southeast?s Strategic Plan objectives, retention goals, and diversifies enrollment streams.
