Overview Serving as a member of the office’s senior leadership team and reporting to the Director of Admissions (chief admissions officer), the Senior Associate Director of Admissions, Recruitment provides strategy and oversight of the first-year and transfer recruitment and yield processes and the admission scholarship program.  Encompassed within this position is the development and execution of strategic and comprehensive recruitment and yield initiatives designed to attract and enroll undergraduate students.
