The Director of Recruitment and Admissions is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract, recruit, and enroll a diverse and qualified group of graduate students in fulfillment of the mission and priorities of Loyola Marymount University and the School of Education (SOE). This role oversees all aspects of the graduate admissions and recruitment process, ensuring efficient and effective application processing, and utilizes data to inform operational improvements and strategic decisions.
