The Associate Director of Admissions – Transfer Recruitment and Partnerships serves as a key member of the Undergraduate Admissions leadership team, providing strategic oversight for recruitment, outreach, and enrollment planning for transfer and other specialized student populations, including but not limited to readmit students, and second-degree seekers.Reporting directly to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, this position develops and implements data-informed strategies to meet enrollment goals; supervises professional and administrative staff; and ensures that admissions standards, policies, and processes are applied consistently across populations. The Associate Director also collaborates extensively with the Registrar’s Office, Academic Advising, En
