Missouri Valley College invites applications for the position of Dean of Enrollment & Student Success, a strategic leadership role responsible for advancing the College’s enrollment growth, student persistence, and completion outcomes. Working collaboratively across academic and administrative units, the Dean will develop data-informed initiatives that strengthen the student experience from first contact through graduation. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for Admissions, Marketing & Communications, Student Success, and Career Development to support enrollment growth and student outcomes.
