The Associate Director, Graduate Admission (Miami Region) will be an integral part of the graduate admission team charged with identifying, recruiting, and enrolling prospective students into Babsonâ™s suite of graduate programs. This role is responsible for promoting all of the graduate schoolâ™s offerings when traveling (domestically or internationally) or representing the College externally; serving as primary point of contact for select prospective students along with other recruiter(s); aiding in creating the yield plan for graduate recruitment; executing the recruitment plan in an effort to lessen melt and secure the incoming class; and serving as an integral member of the Admissions Management team, managing staff in a supervisory capacity and participating in the Admissions Comm
