St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is excited to hire two full-time Associate Directors of College Counseling to add to our team in July 2024. We are shifting our current structure of college counseling through our senior advising program to be able to match students with their college counselor earlier in the high school years. Our new model will include Co-Directors of College Counseling (Chad Fulton and Elizabeth Guice) and two Associate Directors of College Counseling. This is a full-time, 12-month position and often requires communication during summer and other breaks due to the cycle of college admissions.
