The Executive Director of Admissions will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and talented student body to Wesleyan College. This position will manage the Recruitment department, oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, and will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure alignment with the college’s strategic goals. The Executive Director will be a key player in driving the college's growth and reputation including leading a team of on the road recruiters providing administrative support and coordination with a continued focus on coaching for results and driving goals.
