The Senior Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for assisting the Director of Admissions with the development and execution of a comprehensive recruitment plan for undergraduate new enrollment, which includes first-time freshman and transfer students. Responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of UNL’s undergraduate recruitment initiatives for resident and non-resident freshman and transfer students. Collaborates with the most senior director-level position to yield new undergraduate enrollment of students classified as international. This position oversees the strategic approach for and execution of high school visits, transfer college visits and college fair travel initiatives, oversees the management of UNL’s presence in Nebraska and out-of-state reg
