The AC is accountable for meeting established headcount, FTE, and tuition-revenue goals for a tuition-driven institution by working to manage the entire life cycle in alignment with accountabilities and conversion benchmarks for the Chicago region. The AC demonstrates a sustained commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and works to ensure compliance with UIS, UI System, state, and federal policies prescribed professional guidelines.
