The Associate/Assistant Vice President for Recruitment and Admissions at Roseman University provides high-level strategic and operational leadership for the university’s centralized enrollment efforts. This role oversees recruitment activities for all colleges within the university and centralized admissions processes specifically for the College of Pharmacy and the College of Nursing. Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs, the AVP develops and implements innovative strategies to optimize student recruitment, admissions, and conversion while ensuring alignment with the university’s mission and institutional priorities.

• Lead and provide strategic direction to the centralized recruitment team serving all colleges, ensuring cohesive and effective outreach strategies designed to attract a qualified applicant pool.
• Oversee centralized admissions operations for the College of Pharmacy and the College of Nursing, including application review, acceptance coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, marketing, student affairs, and other partners to develop enrollment strategies that support institutional goals.
• Utilize the Enrollment CRM and data analytics systems to monitor recruitment pipeline performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment and admissions processes through strategic planning, assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards related to admissions and recruitment.
• Supervise and support professional development for enrollment management staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Serve as a key member of the student affairs leadership team, providing expert advice and collaborating on broader student success and retention initiatives.
• Represent Roseman University at professional and community events to enhance visibility and build recruitment networks.

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field required; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible experience in higher education enrollment management with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience managing centralized recruitment and admissions operations, preferably in multiple academic disciplines or colleges.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex enrollment initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience using Enrollment CRM systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of admissions policies, ethical recruitment practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
