Under the supervision and guidance of the Director for Recruitment, the Assistant Director of Admissions - Yield Management will work carefully and thoughtfully to progressively move admitted students through the financial aid and enrollment processes of the recruitment funnel. This individual will be responsible for developing productive relationships with families during the consideration phase of the college selection process.
