We are looking to employ an energetic and effective College Advisor and Exams Officer for August 2022 to join our distinctive community. The successful candidate should have an established reputation for connecting ambitious students to well-matched colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent writing and presentation abilities, possess strong organizational skills, have highly-developed senses of humor and empathy, and a desire to work collaboratively with students, parents and faculty, as well as representatives from colleges and universities. The ability to teach part-time and a willingness to work in a dormitory would be a plus. An advanced degree is required. 

Windsor School is a unique establishment, equipped with world-class facilities, located in the idyllic Caribbean. A coeducational day and boarding school, on our Albany campus we serve approximately 250 students in grades 6–12 from 37 countries, with a majority of our students local to the Bahamas. Twenty percent of our student body annually earn athletic and academic college scholarships.
